Keeping the spirit up during a lock down is not easy. But then nothing lifts your spirit up than creativity.
Had fun shooting my wife with dress made by her.

Neo, she is beautiful woman and her dress compliments were coloring. I must ask about the hazy look. Might not be the correct word for a description... I think she would be better presented ....well I can't seem to find the correct term to suggest.
The background is wonderful! Please take my comments as constructive and not derogatory...Far from it. I am not a portrait person so I may not be seeing what you want me to see.

A pleasant image of a beautiful woman and she has a beautiful smile. Again, it is meant as a compliment and not in a bad way.

I see contrast degradation due to lens flare and that creates the hazy look Dan referred to above. And somehow there is magentaish cast in that area, too. Judging by the shallow depth-of-field, a large aperture lens was used for this image. And fast aperture lenses, especially used at wide open or close to wide-open tends to suffer from flare if a bright light source is just outside the frame.

Dan and Joshua, Thanks for your comments and I agree that hazy look was partially due to lens being fairly open. But more to do with processing. The idea was to sync with the dress that is more vintage. May be I stretched it a bit too much.

Also I notice that the jpeg compression is terrible near those highlights. I will try to fix both haze and the compression.
Appreciate your feedback !

Each composition is one step more to the learning curve in photography Neo. Each time I review my images, even after I am satisfied with the post processing or not, I see something maybe I could have done technically or PP.

That's how I learn and it seems to suit me.
