After a strong start in December, California's winter has been pathetic with the seasonal snowpack <50% of normal. I captured this image at sunrise in early December as one of the last good storms of 2019-20 rolled through central California. Praying for a March turnaround and while the weather has been wetter it does not appear to be setting up for any March Miracle either.
