Not in-camera jpgs, or at least not as far as Olympus's official marketing is concerned.
Also per the site you linked, https://www.wrotniak.net/photo/m43/em1.2-hires.html#TABLE
" What we just discussed, was the default, 50MP image resolution, often referred to as HR, used by the High Res Mode. If the raw-to-RGB conversion is done off-camera (using the Olympus Viewer or a similar application), the resulting pixel grid will have each dimension doubled and a pixel count 80 MP, Super Hi-Res or SHR. "
Edit: heck, the author of that site even has similar thoughts to me: "As a matter of fact, I would consider dropping the current 50MP format whenever this becomes technically feasible (i.e., 80MP file can be generated in-camera). Sooner or later it will."
I've been rolling 80mp raw files out of my Mk2 for a while now, what I'm curious about is whether the new processors and Olympus putting 80mp jpgs on their official marketing material for the Mk3 means noticeable improvement in the process and/or end result.
