The Moon, Venus and Mercury over the Adirondack mountains and a nearly frozen Lake Champlain - taken not far from our old home in Burlington, VT. I was recently asked if this image could be used in an astronomy presentation, so I revisited it and tweaked the processing before sending it off. I was sure I posted it here somewhere a long while ago ... but I can't find it.

A very rare capture Mike! Mercury is usually just a dim glimmer..you nailed this most excellently!!!!

Nice pic. Five years ago, I caught four planets + Moon; four years ago I caught 5 planets + Moon in one image.

Thank you Sunny. I liked the original - but I've learned a lot in the last couple of years - re-processing old work is interesting - not only for the results, but to see the learning curve.

Thanks.
I have tried to get multiples, this has been my only success... I've only been able to time Jupiter (over the Alps):
