I really like the last one, just a great pose and light in the eye Joshua. I also think that shooting at f/10 was a great choice to enhance more DOF and these look much more natural with more in focus to me.

Great combo with all those MP's and shooting clean @ 600, BG's are perfect and you certainly earned my vote on this set

Karl, I greatly appreciate your kind comment, sir! I remembered your point on my previous post quite sometime ago about getting more depth of field for a more natural look, Thank you for that pointer and for your vote, too, of course.

Very nicely done images of toucan. I only get to see similar birds up close at my local exotic bird store. I can just imagine that seeing them in their natural habitat as a rare treat.

Thank you very much, Tim! It showed up only once in 3 hours and it stayed some 30 seconds. And yes, it is quite skittish.

We met each other at Pt. Reyes in March of last year. Do you remember? We are a group of 6 from Southern California.
