Thank you, the tags didn't work, but I was checking back in.
Looks pretty similar to me, but I'd give a slight edge to the Tamron in the bokeh department based on these comparisons at least. The Samyang and Sony almost look like the same lens, they're so close. I'm seeing more of the light rings around the edges of bokeh on these two, whereas the Tamron is smooth. I'm mainly looking at the areas surrounding the post in the 2nd set of images. The Sony/Samyang show more of the "double lines" among trees as well, and maybe a bit more color fringing.
Nice comparison, I'd say the Tamron looks great....Show more →
I agree with most of what you wrote. The ZA and Samyang are not that different while the Tamron has the smoothest transition zone and less CA. However, the Tamron corners look sharper + contrasty and I find that distracting. (Similar to what I see with the Sony FE 35/1.8). I always found the ZA's rendering off-axis distracting and unfortunately the Tamron does even worse in this area.
However, around the middle of the frame, the Tamron renders smoother with less outlining and less double-lining compared to the other two.
I'm still waiting for a 35mm lens that renders like the Sonnar 35/2. Sony accomplished this with their 24/1.4 GM, so I'm sure it's possible to design a 35mm lens with similar signature.
Here is a crop showing the ZA versus Tamron towards the corners. (This happens in all comparisons Tim posted)

Corner of the frame: Tamron (LEFT), Sony (RIGHT)
