My OM 100/2.8 is really good. They may vary though. I haven't tried the nikkors mentioned, although I do have 105/4. But usually Tamron and OM glass is sharper.
If you don't need the speed, 75-150's are good and light.

but I finally found my 100 mm lens - Topcor RE 100 2.8 (with adapter to EF to Leica M to Sony A7R II with Techart AF)
very similar to Zeiss 85 2.8 (which I really like) -very sharp, nice rendering and colors
wanted small lightweight sharp lens, found it...
after having tried (in order of "goodness"):
- Kaleinar 100 2.8 N (supersharp, closest focus, smallish but a tad heavier)
- Rolleinar 105 2.8 QBM (very sharp from wide open, smallish)
- Voigtländer 90 3.5 M39 (very sharp, realy small, but only 3.5)
- Nikon 105 2.5 AI-S (as good as talked about, a bit oo big and heavy for my taste)
- Olympus 100 2.8 OM (good, nothing special, small)
- Fujinon 100 2.8 M42 (smallest and lightest - same as Topcor but more veiling / aberrations with large apertures)
- Nikon E 100 2.8 (OK, but not sharp enough wide open)
OM 100 f2 and Zeiss MP 100 f2 very nice but way too big / heavy for my use case
