This was the first time that I got to see these bristle one pines in the eastern part of our state. My previous attempts at trails using an external intervalometer had not yielded results I could do much with. Finally found one opportunity where my camera’s inbuilt device stood by me.

How many times has the tree witnessed this Mars opposition?

That's terrific. It feels like the tree is being pulled leftward by the star trails.
