To be quite honest, I wonder why you need an A7R IV. Two A9s will be faster, have no blackout and deliver the right amount of resolution, where you are now probably using way too much resolution for your end needs.

Honestly I wasn't even sure I wanted to swap to sony but I got the A7RIV with an EDU discount and couldn't pass up the opportunity to switch. I liked the bigger body and the higher resolution EVF. Since having that bigger body I might pick up an A9ii and keep the A7RIV as well. Sometimes in the sports I shoot clients are like 3 or 4 mats away and I can't get full frame when shooting so the extra cropability is pretty helpful because of the resolution.

I say get an a7iii if you need a second body.
