I will add my $.02 but as a viewer only. My skills at portrait photography are nil.
The pose seems a bit awkward for the women with bared backs. They don't look comfortable.
The light reflecting off their faces seems bright.

The background seems fine and complimentary.
Again, my comments come as a viewer only and are to be taken as consturctive not destructive.

I appreciate it!

The pose was what the director asked for; She had seen another troupe with a similar pose and wanted to go for it. The final provided images will be cropped a bit tighter and eliminate most of what you are seeing.

Which light do you mean? The front light filling their faces or the rear light providing hair lighting?

I'm glad you liked the background. It's a bed-sheet stretched onto a mattress propped up vertically. No joke!

I don't mind the pose if that is what the studio has asked for.

*but* the lighting and WB are quite far off.

They all have a very yellow cast to them which is unflattering and unnatural

Additionally, the lighting is inconsistent. On some, there are blown highlights on the back, on others, the face.

Fly-away hairs are a distraction, but not deal breakers.

Well, I very much did struggle with WB on these. Not too late! A bit cooler in your opinion?

Not knowing what was asked for, then your compositions are fine. Greg's suggestions are constructive as well.

The depth of field is too shallow, in my opinion. I'd really like to see both eyes in sharp focus.

It is going to be a bit more complicated than just cooling the images.

IMO, these need to be re-shot. You may be able to fix the WB and exposure to some extent, but the hot spots are all over the place and will be very difficult to dial in.

Also agree with the comment re: both eyes in focus. There really is no reason to use such narrow DOF in these images.

Hacker, you did a pretty good job. The pose is not bad but that over the shoulder look creates those wrinkles on the neck that sometimes need to be dealt with.
I agree with the CB, definitely needs to be coolor, or maybe just dial back the yellow channel.
A little mor DoF would have been nice but I don’t imagine you’ll do a reshoot, so it is what it is.
You shot them a little hot. Almost like they each stood/sat in a different spot? The key light and the kicker are different on each. Once there’s blowout, it can’t be fixed!
When I suspect blowout, to check, I turn my highlight all the way down then turn the exposure down to almost dark. That way I can see if I still have pixels. If I do, I’ve got something to work with, if not then I’m just plain outs luck!!
Good luck!!!

I understand these poses were not your idea and sometimes you just have to do what the customer wants. If I were critiquing these for a photo class or something, here are my comments -
- The pose is not good for a few reasons. First, the shoulder is closer to the camera than the face and will be a larger proportion than it should be (sometimes referred to as "football shoulder"). Whatever is closest to the lens will be larger. Second is that the eyes are all the way to one corner which leaves a large amount of white iris. It also makes the eyes look like they're straining to see in the direction of the camera. Finally, are the neck wrinkles.
- The lighting needed some adjustment. First, the hair light caused bright spots that are brighter than the face. This normally causes viewer tension since the eye is always attracted to the brightest part of the photo. I would have gone down about 2 stops on the hair light. Next, the hair light was too far back. This caused some significant dark shadows behind the dancers' left shoulder blade and really make the back look strange. Moving the hair light a bit more toward the front could have minimized the hills and valley shadows of their backs. Look at #3. She turned her left shoulder more to the left and let the key light illuminate more of her back versus #4.

Just some thoughts so use or discard as you see fit. You did a decent job regarding shot to shot consistency under some tough circumstances, so good job getting what you did!

Thank you. I very much appreciate those recommendations. Unfortunately we were rushed for time during this shoot; were it up to me we would have went slower, experimented with placement and stops for the lighting. I agree that the image looks better when the back shadows are filled. I agree that the hair light was placed too far back and was too strong.

I think to redo this shoot again, I'd also probably not use CTO on the hair light.

I think the title should just be "Portrait" as your title suggests some kind of dance action. Also, I would have preferred a less golden/yellow cast tone to the model's skin. What kind of color balance were you using?
