I just arrived at Bosque and I've never seen so many birds this early. Northern storms must have driven these birds south. This is the first time in many years that I'l go to the flight deck in the morning for a blast-off, the main impoundment is loaded with geese. My first snow goose with my new A9 and the 200-600. I was still in mourning over selling my Canon 600 but I'm over it as of today. :-)

First, congrats on the A9 and 2-600! A perfect combo

The light and the form and your exposure is outstanding

The BG adds a nice rustic surrounding without interfering with the simplicity of the subject. I look forward to seeing many more of these from you

Yup, one can easily forget about the "old" gear after seeing the result of the A9 plus the 200-600mm

I agree. It lacks the "grinning patch" of the Snow Goose.
