Excellent images Kevin. The hoodie's whites don't seem to have feather detail and also the wood ducks. I know from experience how hard both are to expose. Subtract those nits and there all sharp with great detail and compositions.

Thanks Morris. Agreed on the whites. Black and white together definitely make for a challenge.

They are all excellent images but I particularly like the Ferruginous Hawk.

What a great set! My pick is the Great Blue Heron. The composition/framing is just perfect!

Hi Kevin long time no see..........
I'm a big fan of #2...................maybe give it more room in the comp but very powerful!
Like Bobby the GBH is delightful, common subject with added elements that make for a good comp and overall interesting image, great vision on this one Kevin

Could be me but the whites on the Hooded might be a tad hot? Nice look of a stunning subject with great color on the BG

Hi Karl, yes it has been a while. Thank you for the thoughtful response and the picks. You are correct about the whites - hoodies in sunlight are rather problematic!
