Rabbits are feral species in Australia, we have had an explosion in numbers in the last couple of months. All our outbuildings are being undermined by them burrowing. This is one of about 15 or so young ones that are out throughout the daytime and they are still only roughly just over the size of a mans clenched fist.
The slightest noise or movement and they are down their holes quick as lightning.

They have released some virus's over the decades that thin them down, but they eventually get immune. Lately they have been trying poisoning, gassing, etc
