🐆 Subject: Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus jubatus)

🌎 Location: Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, South Africa

📉 Animal Status IUCN: Vulnerable 😞 due to poaching and massive habitat loss!⁣

📖 Story: A tender moment as two cheetah cubs clean their mother in the soaring heat in the late morning. After this they got up and stalked a springbok but it spooked and the cats walked across the dry wash out of sight.

👍 Photographed in the wild. Always ethical, never baited subjects
