I was with a group of 4 other photographers when we spotted the green heron fly into the tree. My first image is the safety shot, I'd just planted my tripod when it took off. The others were shooting hand held with the same reach as me and I was the only one to get the flight in frame and I even had focus starting at frame 2 of my burst.
