p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Make a dull sunset shot dramatic and colorful? What to do? | |
This didnt seem to fit the post-processing forum, bc its somewhat a landscap-ish question. When I'm not working on my personal landscape photography, I'm and industrial photographer. I have a shot of a location with a structure that is like an antenna tower but wider. Think industrial crane. I was hoping to get a great sunset shot but light fizzled due to clouds moving it. And so, I have a small area of bright sun right at the horizon and the rest of the sky somewhat agitated clouds. The structure, in a wide view, is silhouetted against the sky. There is a significant amount of sky (28mm on FF).
While I experiment, I'm looking for suggestions to add some sizzle. For example, if there were some way so accent the cloud structure or edges? Sounds challenging, but I thought I would ask.
I use ACR and Photoshop.
Ideas welcome.
ps: Sorry I can't post the image.
