The heat wave was just arriving in the New York Metro area and I decided to end my morning shoot when the blazing sun broke through the clouds. I opened my car windows and set up under a near by tree while the car cooled before heading home. These barn swallows were putting on a good show with constant visits by the adults feeding the young.

Excellent sequence! The swallow made a nice recovery from a botched landing.
