I have been cultivating cacti for nearly 60 years and seeing this was a huge surprise. I had to have one in my collection, which is where this flowered in recent days.

Hybrid code number VR.06.41.89, it is is a cross between A22 Tauris x Arg 9 (Argentinian Natural Hybrid No. 9).
F1 generation from (Stern von Lorsch x Lobivia densispina var. rebutioides) x (Stern von Lorsch x Lobivia densispina var. rebutioides).
If the abpve is unclear to you, you are not alone. Anyway, it is all about Echinopsis.

The stereos are crosseye.
