1 - I see it, but it has not spotted me.

2 - It sees me as I move closer.

3 - I knew which way it went and used the riverbank as cover to get ahead of it.

4 - It stops to check for danger or possible prey.

5 - A bonus shot for me as it stands up to get a better view.

6 - I should have zoomed back to get it all in as it sped by within a few feet.

7 - Final shots as it disappeared under these large boulders.

8 - End of a successful chase.

Well done! I chased one once. But it was gone before I could get my lens out of my bag. Never seen it again despite waiting for around 45 minutes

I just spotted my first mink a few weeks ago. Dying to get back but my lens is out getting fixed. Argh.

Impressive shots, and they look so clean for higher iso. 2,5,8 are my favorites
