Hi Bob, good grab! Here is one that can be of multiple crops. This squarish one works nicely. Could also cut out the reflection and stretch it out to show the flow of motion right to left. Could also make it a vertical possibly. So you have a 3-in-one shot

Colors and exposure look very good sir!

Nice capture Bob. Spot on focus. I often seem to have trouble getting a good in focus shot of Avocets.
