Either sayang is great and very good value for money. You're also much more likely to find one used than the Laowa. The sigma weighs a lot and costs a lot so personally I think you're right on that. Also consider an 18mm Batis, that's what I settled on alongside the Samyang for if I need a bit wider. I thought 18mm wouldn't be wide enough but it's actually the perfect balance I find
