These are from my first two days with the A7R3 and 100-400, I'm just starting to climb the learning curve but I'm impressed so far! Comments of course welcome,
BOB

ISO 10,000 because of wrong shutter speed

Cropped down to 6mp from 42.4

Moderate crop

Heavy crop, I just liked the pose!

You are off to a great start with your new rig Bob. Swallow in flight is not easy

Looks like you’re getting the hang of this new system pretty quickly. There’s a lot of customization possible....but if you get it right with the new firmware upcoming and 47mpx this beast should serve you well.

Say it isn't so, Bob - Sony?

Seriously, looks like you're off to a great start. Nicely done.

Bob, you have made the new gear sing - those images are excellent, regardless the high ISO or heavy crop. Well - done!

Like a duck to water, Bob. What went into the decision to switch?

Thanks George, I’ve been tire kicking full frame for a while, and when my Olympus shutter needed replacement I decided to go for it. The Oly handled 90% of my shooting well but I wanted a bit better af and better high ISO performance. The trade off was a heavier system and of course more expense!
