Heres an image from last fall that I was especially enamored by the dark mood the wet wood produced after raining all evening. I found the leaf inside the tree knott, however I did move it to taste

. To me it feels as the leaf is floating or suspended in time.

I really like this image. The contrast is amazing. I'd have thought the tree was burned from how dark it is.
