This is what I managed to get over two morning trips to the lagoon....the winds were out of control but it was still better than sitting at home

That mallard drake is awesome. Probably the best I've ever seen.

Very well captured images, Geoff! The first image is also my favorite. The position of the bird and the bokeh did it.

Thanks Morris, I think the bird has his lower beak inside the mussel....but they are creative in getting into the mussels sometimes.
