Why I love nature photography is partly because of the challenge. Birds are especially fun to photograph precisely because they are a huge challenge. But practice makes perfect...all these were taken on the Florida Birds photo tour I lead to Fort Myers every year.

Yes, very good work. If I were close, would be nice to go. I like the second the best. Nice eye level shot and great timing to get the bird at that precise angle to your camera. The spoonbill shot looks a bit too bright to me.
Great images with their depiction of bird behavior. You did the smart thing in approaching the challenges of bird photography by traveling to Florida that is target rich and the birds much less wary of people.
