My wife and I spent a couple of nights in Jackson Hole about a week ago hoping to find some fall color. Smoke from the Roosevelt Fire caused the mountain views to be pretty hazy, but we did find some areas of fall color. The best area we found was the area around Oxbow Bend.

Pretty colors. I like the mix of yellow green and orange in second last photo

Amazing colors at the Oxbow Bend. Perhaps a UV or polarizer filter could do away with some of that blue haze over Mt Moran?

Thanks Ken! That one's color tone was more affected by the smoke that day.

Thanks dalite! I used a polarizer for many of my shots (often without much benefit). Lightroom's dehaze function did help, but tends to leave a blue cast which I usually try to desaturate and lighten a bit.
