This little bird and I hung out for a bit while it chowed down on some birdseed. I also had the pleasure of the little woodpecker. . Nikon D4s, 70-200 2.8 at 2.8, ISO 2000, SS 1000.

It is fun how they are usually upside down Tammy. Possibly you can find them on a tree or bush near the feeder.

Fun subject Tammy, they look more natural at extreme angles, as in upside down

Like Morris suggests, if you can place a natural perch near your feeders you may find them landing then going to the feed or getting feed and moving over to the natural perch for more natural images without the feeder

Always good practice to hang out near feeders, never know what will show up, sometimes the hawk comes in for the bird !!!
