Nice weight, nice size, nice price. Eagerly waiting to see some astro examples! If they can manage the aberrations , field curvature and vignetting I’ll be interested!

I'm seeing quite a bit of CA at f/2 on one of the dpreview landscape shots... might be no worse than the Batis, but I'm sure the Loxia would have an advantage in that respect.

Damn....that's a good price...and I love the size/weight. Now the struggle for whether I really need f/1.4 and 24mm in a prime. Used to have the Canon 24L back in my Canon days and convinced myself I didn't need it, but...

I was way off the mark on the price prediction yesterday for sure

. I do wish it was a 28/1.4 but I'll take a 24/1.4 for now :P. Phenomenal performance so far...
