I second on the first shot. I also like the spider with a dragonfly image, although I would have liked the web to be visible to help tie the composition together and provide context.
Wonderful opportunities to have so close to home.

Wonderful shots Bob. Maybe it is just the angle of the birds in the first photo but it almost looks like two different species- a Clark's Grebe and a Western Grebe. The smaller bird appears to have white surrounding the eye? Very interesting shot.

Thanks! We do have interbreeding of Western and clarks here, I think you’re correct.
