Another visit to a different iconic shot. Windy conditions prevented a reflections - sort of. On this day I woke up to see some low lying clouds in the east. I knew that could impact the view of Wild Goose to the west, but I decided to go for it anyway. As it turned out, the blue hour view was relatively unremarkable. But as the sun broke through the clouds, it threw some unique light on the mountains - at least not like I have seen before. I don't spend much time in the west, so...... Anyways, this light was throwing some pretty wicked side light on the mountains to the right and I wanted to capture that, so I did a pano also. So here are two images - one a pano and the other a standard crop taken pretty close to the same time.
I appreciate your comments and suggestions and also your preference - the pano or std crop. Thanks!
