The first stop on our summer road trip was Teddy. I loved the short hike we did in the short time we had there, and my wife and I both agree that we will return again some day to explore some more.
#1 was at an overlook of the Little Missouri River on the short Wind Canyon Trail. We came here hoping to see a nice sunset and were not disappointed.
#2 was a handheld shot on my way back to the aforementioned overlook from the car after I realized that I had the wrong quick-release tripod plate on my camera. I noticed the sweet light hitting the hills and fired off a quick shot, but didn't take stop to set it up at all because I wanted to get back to the overlook before someone else grabbed the spot I wanted - hence the wonky settings. Oh well, I still like it!
