It had rained a few minutes before I took these photos from a bridge at the Marine Nature Study Area on Long Island, NY. I caught the blastoff out of the corner of my eye and turned to capture these.

Ps. Nobody noticed, the focal length of 3 is much longer than the first two. The pore bird was hit by windshear and nearly crashed into the pond.
