Hi All...

Haven't posted in a while due to some fairly significant health issues. Then, after those were successfully resolved, summer had arrived in full force in Arizona...temps due to reach about 115-116 F today! So, that makes photography a pretty difficult matter. However, I noticed this hawk in a tree outside my window this morning, and got a couple of shots before it flew off in search of some shadier trees.

I'm glad you got through your health issues and are OK now Tom. I've been in that type of heat and after that I don't feel well for a week. Please be careful.

Excellent shots! Its nice when such a photogenic subject shows up in the yard.

Excellent captures, Tom! We are also suffering from the heatwave over here in SoCal. Today is the hottest day as matter of face, reaching 105F where I live.

Excellent captures of a very handsome bird Tom. Good to see you posting and to hear your health issues have been resolved. Now when that weather cools down you have to make up for lost time and get out there and shoot so you can share them here with us.
