Sorry to be repetitive, but thanks for sharing the flight shots! They are very nicely captured, especially the head-on shot. I have only seen one RR nest: it was in a tree, about 6 ft off the ground--maybe that was related to their flying?

Thanks for the comment - The parent only has one baby and I don't know where the nest is - I guess their flying for hunting of June Bug and Lizard - Their vision is so great, when they spot the prey, just took off and brought back food for the juvi.
