This site was my number one priority on my recent trip. Same for my friend traveling with me. As we approached this site, we were like two giddy kids during the holiday, not able to contain ourselves. The Vestrahorn didn't disappoint us either. There are several views to capture this mountain and the time of day makes all the difference. We had clouds when we arrived but they added drama to the scene.
Thank you all for your comments. Coming to this site for me was like going to see Tunnel View in Yosemite . . . something you have to see for yourself.

Interestingly it is most likely a monitor issue. I am now on a Mac book (which will not allow you to see real pixel detail) and I do not see it. But Mac books do not show real detail. They show a representation of it.
