I recently visited the Ziro Valley located in the central Arunachal Pradesh in India. The people living in this place belong to a tribe called Apatani and have been farming in this valley for generations using organic and sustainable farming methods. They primarily cultivate rice and also harvest fish in the paddy waters along with growing rice. It is a beautiful and interesting place to visit.

I agree with Douglas! In this modern day and age, one forgets that there are peoples that have not lost their roots. Thanks for the visual history lesson.
