I prefer the BW version, regardless nicely done especially the fog.

I really like the light and mist . You can almost hear the rushing water
with the feel of the movement. Very Nicely Done !!!

Thank you, Douter/Panther.. The fog is all spray from Bridal Veil Falls. During the spring run-off, you need to wear a rain slicker and hide your camera if you want go get close to the base of the falls. I wasn't quite that close for this image.

Lost...Thank you, too. At capture time, the LCD view showed an almost B&W image with great atmospherics. The HDR merge of 3 images reduced contrast which increased the atmospherics and brought out the color.

I really like the feel of this. The mist gives it a painterly look.

Thank you, too, Mark, for your suggestion. I gave it a try. The cooler White Balance returns a pleasing, probably more natural looking image with increased color contrast. However I also think it lost the somewhat ethereal, "quality of light" feel of the fog.
