I can't compete with that Eric guy so I have to branch out!
You show a guy your secret spot and he catches all the fish!
So please enjoy my caribou and some other subjects from our trip. And yes I did include a few bears.
And please vote for Eric's bear picture and get him over the top.

I like No. 7 a lot Don, along with the rest of the set! Is it art? Our Wassenberg Art Center here has deemed all photography as not art.

Beautiful animals' world with snow, Don. It is amazing how the giant polar bear can be so gentle with its cubs.

These are glorious...your bear photos are so special and it was just a matter of who posted first. Getting to that hawk owl was quite a fete and trying to get a decent image in that wind and overcast skies was not as easy as you made it look. I quit taking caribou after my award winning shot which on further review was not even worthy of posting let alone winning anything. I do love that bird...I think you told me it has a few names so you can post one each day for at least 3-4 days without being redundant. I believe it may be Canada’s national bird or at least one of them.
Thanks for the shout out...when you’ve won the most prestigious prize in Wildlife photography, as you did, it makes it extra special that you support a fellow photog and friend.

Hi Don...

A wonderful set of beautiful photographs. The last one is extra special and beautifully illustrates the vastness of the area and the wildlife within it.

Thanks

Very enjoyable set Don. The last is special for its simplicity and small in the frame aesthetic.

Thanks Doug. So we are not at all creative; merely expensive photocopy machines.
I think we should protest

Thanks Tom. I'm not sure I even like my own interpretation. Yours sounds better than anything I can come up with.

Thanks Eric. I know your feeling on birds of the non-predator nature.
I hope you got enough votes to carry the day.
