Price: $275.00 Payment method: PayPal Item condition: 8 Well used - may exhibit "dings" or finish marks
Big price drop -- I'd like to get this cleared out!
Update: The white dot is there in the battery compartment-- evidently this means the camera has been serviced to have the AF fix in the past.
I ended up with this body through a trade and just don't have much use for it unfortunately. It's a 1D Mark III that has clearly been used at least a bit by the amount of exterior wear. However the screen looks good, the shutter sounds strong, and it is still functioning 100% as far as I know.
I shot a few images with it at a wedding and it performed well with the Sigma 135 Art at f/1.8, finding accurate focus during the processional. I have no idea if it's had the Canon AF fix, shutter count, etc. but the body seems like its in good working condition.
It's missing the selector knob (see picture #2) but you can still kinda use it. All other buttons seem to be working fine.
This would be perfect for a student looking to learn photography, a remote camera for a sports photog, a parent shooting HS sports in good light, or one for the backup kit. It still makes great images and still shoots 10fps
Note: This is Body ONLY. No battery, no charger, etc. However, the 3rd party battery and chargers work well on the 1D3 and can be had for ~$50.
Price is OBO, it's a little hard knowing how to price this guy. Paypal and shipping included at the asking price.

Withdrawn
Price: $425.00 Payment method: PayPal Item condition: 9+ Shows little or no signs of wear
This is probably a conservative 9+. I purchased it with the intent to explore ultra-wide perspectives this year and it turns out I just have trouble composing wider than about 20mm so the Zeiss 21 and Canon 16-35 will be enough for me. I don't see any signs of wear on the body but lets just say there are some very minor rub marks if you stare close enough to be safe. The glass is completely immaculate.
Optically, this thing is somewhat of an engineering marvel. It's really not that big. Yet it's sharp at f4 and really, really stinking impressive into the corners around f9 where you'd generally shoot it. The weather sealing also appears to be L quality from the build and feel of it (although I haven't tested it in the elements to be sure).
Comes with tin box, caps, pouch, front cap, etc. Even still has the desiccant gel in the box The only thing is it will come with a Canon rear cap since the original seems to have gotten mixed up on another lens of mine.
Price is OBO within reason but please just make a reasonable offer from the start. Paypal and shipping included at the asking price. |
