I'm not nearly as talented as most of the people that post here, but I'm learning and enjoying having goals to aspire to. That said, I went to Ireland last week and had a blast. Even though march isn't the prettiest time to go to Ireland the crowds were non-existent and the locals were super friendly. One day I'll have to go back with a tripod and actually spend serious time at Giants Causeway and the Cliffs or Moher... as both are just breathtaking.

*closing questions:
1) Detail: How do you all tend to post process to add detail? I need to learn to use more than the highpass, because when I feel like it gives enough detail, it just ruins the pictures (the first one has a pretty noticeable halo)
2) How do you all handle the sky when its grey and washed out? There were clouds in the sky, but because they were all close to the same color they just seem washed out. None of these are composites (which I'm sure you can tell) but I'm thinking that may be the only way to really expose the sky correctly to bring out the details.
