Another tiger portrait from the summer morning tiger sighting series...

I'm not too sure whether he's sticking his tongue out in an attempt to pose for the camera or if he thought I'd make for a delicious breakfast for him. :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time out to view this post. I am eagerly looking forward to your comments, critique, feedback, and most importantly how differently you would have composed the photograph, if you were in my place.

A gorgeous capture twoflower...looks like he's hungry to me! I'm not sure I would have had the presence of mind to even raise the camera to my eye in the presence of such majesty! Perhaps a bit of improvement could be made by masking the background and ligtening the tiger a bit. His fur looks so plush, it seems a shame not to highlight it.

Another beautiful tiger portrait! Excellent.
The only suggestion I can offer is to walk to the right around to the other side so you get less shadow on his face. But given that he already seems to be considering you for breakfast, maybe that is not such a great idea.

Great shot ! I may be stating the obvious here but Tigers are probably the most beautiful creatures on the planet. I think Imagemaster did a great job on the edit but it removed a little bit of the mystery your shot captured. Maybe somewhere in between ?
