Last August on the way to Idaho solar eclipse.
This was near Lake Powell with A7R II and 24-70mm f/2.8 II.

Both of these are excellent. My preference is #1 for the more realistic perspective and interesting details.

My only problem is in picking a favorite from these 2 excellent shots! I guess my favorite is whichever one I am looking at

Sweet! I prefer the first comp, as you can see the definition of the rock formations a bit better and the comp feels more balanced overall to my eye. And of course, the rainbow. Sweet!
