Just wanted to let you know how much I've missed this place for the last few months. Our internet got slower and slower (didn't think that was possible) to the point that it was just agonizing to try to load pages from here.
Today, our service was unexpectedly interrupted. Long story short, it's back now and for the DSL connection we have, it is faster than any time in the last 12 years! It's not cable speed yet but it's head and shoulders faster than it was!
Unfortunately, subject matter here has been as bad (or worse) as the internet connection. I was out scouting some of my spots today. Freezing temps the last few days has created a lot of near-shore ice. Maybe not so great for waterfowl but with a little sun, might be some good ops for coyote, mink, muskrat, beaver, etc.
Anyway, it looks like I've got a lot of catching up to do but just wanted to share the excitement of being able to participate here again!
