After 4 years of drought, the winter of 2017 saw near record-breaking snow fall in the Sierra. With tricky high water crossings and snow choked passes, this summer season was short. This location is a relatively easy 1.5 days hike from the trailhead but due to the conditions I didn't see another sole for two days after leaving the main trail. Comments, critiques and suggestions appreciated.

Loved how you got that smaller patch of ice as foreground interest, in addition to that crazy reflection!
