I know this won't win me any photo awards but as I was driving home (to my parents home - my home away from home) the other day from finishing 3 straight weeks of back to back Pacific Northwest Workshops where we saw some of the most incredible areas all over the NW in all of its fall splendor, just a few hundred yards from pulling into the driveway, I saw this scene. I pulled over and grabbed the 70-200 + 2X converter (on the passenger seat) and took this quick snap. Even though not a "hero" shot (that we sometimes can feel pressure to capture) something about the light going on here made me want to process this image more than all the rest from the last few weeks! I have always loved simple scenes processed conservatively, but generally speaking that does not always drive a photography business...
My step father who lives next to this property says these may be seed trees left after a cut so as to reseed the area, thus the title.
I hope you enjoy.
Thank you for looking.
Great light to you!
