Hi All...

Here are a couple of photographs of Arizona's state bird, the Cactus Wren. It's coming out of its nest alongside the spines of a Cholla cactus.

Nice shots! Unusual and interesting nest, but with the name cactus wren it should not be surprising.

These are nice captures Tom and are very sharp. If I may suggest, the foreground (cactus spines) is busy and distracts from the bird. Some form of selective blur may help isolate the bird more.
