Very well captured images and presented images, Morris and the clarity is just outstanding. Did you change your gear by any chance?
Joshua
Thank you Joshua,
Same equipment since June: D500 + Sigma 150-600 Sport w SB-800 and Magmod. The difference is the raw converter. About two weeks ago I moved from ACR to DXO OpticsPro and I'm loving it! The learning curve from Bridge and ACR to DXO OpticsPro was very quick. I was up and running with a good workflow in an hour and the next day I set up a profile for my conversions. I'm applying exactly the same changes that I've always done as a default with a small boost in saturation and a bit of vibrance. DXO reads the Nikon EXIF better and all of these are literally my default conversion using the camera's auto white balance. Yesterday I discovered that I was sending the wrong Color Space from DXO to Photoshop CS5 so if you browser was not reading the Color Space correctly and defaulting to sRGB, the images are now in sRGB which is my default color space.

Beautiful images, Morris! The first is my favorite, but all are really great. I am always impressed with your work - the great variety of wildlife that you find near NYC, the great technique of your captures, the fine post processing, your drive to get out in all weather conditions, and last but not least, your willingness to help others improve on this forum! You are a great asset to this community.
