I tasked myself with just my camera and one lens. i was originally just going to use my camera phone but i wussed out and grabbed the d800 and sigma 35 1.4.

People were right, he may be too young to remember this but I will always remember seeing his face light up surrounded by the characters he loves.

can't wait to try Disney again in a few years (need some financial recovery time)

Excellent job.

As someone who visits Disney World every two years or so and always take a DSLR, I can't imagine not doing so. There is no way I'd only use my phone. The auto focus simply isn't there to catch kids running around or those fleeting expressions when they see Disney characters. I do tend to take too much gear though and end up regretting it on day 6 or 7.

Our next trip is in February and I've promised myself I will only take one camera body this time.

Great captures. I was there earlier this year and my son had the time of his life. It will be a few years before we go back as well. Crazy $.

im very much looking forward to a nice nikon mirrorless with wifi & android app option.

Great series! I love 16.

He looks plenty big to remember the trip. How old is he? Many people can remember back to the age of three. Even if he doesn't, it was worth it for the obvious fun he had.

I absolutely love these photos. The Sig 35 is my fave and what I use while I'm with my family in the parks.

they did not, in fact i encouraged them to take their pictures and tried not to get in their way. I know that my son takes pictures differently for me than others and I love seeing other photographers work and capture his expressions
