I left the bit of noise as i feel it adds atmosphere to photos taken in weather like this. Also, noise reduction tends to soften the rain drops making the rain less obvious. I agree the rain coming off the beak and also piling up on it's head is an amazing site.

Thank you Joshua,
I was enjoying the solitude on the beach and as the sprinkle turned to a downpour I simply kept shooting and enjoying. The weather was warm so being wet did not bother me and my hat kept my face dry
