The water drop images are amazing. I have seen some of your prior water drop images and it always generates the urge to get a rig and give it a try. The use of the water spheres as lenses to image the background adds a new dimension to the variety of water shapes that can be created. The three you show here are excellent. #5 is the one I like best.
Dave
Much appreciated Dave, thank you. You should give it a try, frustrating but fun.

Another excellent set. I like the first hummer and the last water drop picture the best. While the other two water drop photos are very nice, I like the composition of the last, the way the background complements the action so well. The way the yellow flower is cropped and placed off center. I was less positive about the other two because the brown center of the background flower seemed to detract from the drops. I might have liked the first with a narrower crop, echoing the shape of the drop. That would have cut off the pool at the bottom though but you could have put the vertical part of the drop dead center instead of the blurred brown center of the glower. I think the pretty bokeh of the first hummer works very well with the bright tones of the bird. Nice sharp/blur work....Show more →
Thanks for much . Appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

Again, you have brightened my day !
How wonderful. All are gorgeous, but I am specifically taken by number 5.
Have you ever considered doing a you-tube or short article on your water drop setup and technique?
Gene
Thanks Gene. Have not thought about you-tube. However, if you want to know how I do them, will gladly send you the info.
